Director of Finance

The Director of Finance will lead the strategic financial direction of our organization, ensuring a strong financial foundation and driving informed decision-making to support our long-term growth. This high-level role focuses on financial planning, investment strategy, and operational oversight, with an emphasis on creating systems that empower finance and accounting teams to execute effectively. Reporting to the Chief of Staff with a dotted line to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Finance will collaborate closely with leadership to align resources with strategic priorities and maximize financial resilience.

Customer Support Specialist
Remote
The Hub’s customer support specialists interact directly with the hundreds of news organizations that rely on our software to raise revenue from their audiences. They have a deep understanding of our users’ needs and challenges, and a desire to provide them with the best possible experience on our tools. The person in this role will provide customer support during weekend hours.
